Abstract: | We report a case of a 30-year-old Para 2 + 1 who presented with massive haematochezia 7 days after uterine evacuation for an incomplete abortion. Difficulty in pre-operative diagnosis in this type of presentation and treatment is highlighted and the literature reviewed. |
