Abstract: The usefulness of the Internet to the medical profession is growing rapidly. As the use of the Internet connectivity spreads, accessibility to more medical and biomedical resources is facilitated. This device if properly used can offer, free of charge, a large number of programs in the realm of health sciences. In this article, efforts arc made to highlight some of the medical resources on the Internet, as well as review the new roles of medical librarians.
